Ashley McKarney has over 10 years of experience specializing in Human Resources, Leadership, Organizational Development and Business Management in a variety of industries including; non-profit, finance, retail and a publicly traded service organization. Throughout her career, Ashley has built comprehensive Human Resource functions, coached leaders, managed employee relations and worked with senior executives to increase engagement and strategize organizational growth. Ann-Marie’s passion for People and Culture runs deep. This combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience paved the way for her to obtain her CPHR designation. As a professional Shalean is now excited to reverse the roles and be the one to deliver live case studies, as opposed to competing in them!

Ramya brings over 15 years of Recruitment and Human Resources Management experience to the Involvi team.  Having started her career within the Oil & Gas and Industrial Services sectors, she has since expanded her expertise in partnering with clients to develop Talent Acquisition strategies in Mining, Food Production, Manufacturing, IT Managed Services and Construction Sectors. She has led recruitment initiatives at the field-level to the C-suite.

Holding a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Ramya brings a strategic approach in helping clients align their people strategies for organizational success. Brittany Senneker

Originating from the suburbs of Chicago, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Dordt College, located in Sioux Center, Iowa.

Moved to the Edmonton area from Southern Alberta where I worked as a Human Resources Manager and Safety Coordinator in the cattle and agriculture industry.

Kendall Pretorius

Kendall is a driven HR Professional who loves interacting with people and providing them with the resources they need to be successful. After building her foundational knowledge in HR Best Practices by completing her Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management, Kendall stepped into her first HR role and for the past few years has been taking on more responsibilities that have allowed her to build a well-rounded experience in various HR functions. As a complement to her HR knowledge and experience, Kendall has also completed her Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification through the National Payroll Institute. Always looking to broaden her personal and professional development, Kendall now looks forward to completing her CPHR designation.

Her experience in the hospitality industry saw her create organization-wide programs, elevate service standards, revitalize cultures, and enhance day-to-day operations. With Monica’s management experience and a BA in English from MRU, she works closely with organizational leadership to effectively translate the executive vision into actionable steps that improve overall performance. Monica thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about developing foundational processes that positively impact the bottom line. She loves to be of service to her teammates and strives to continuously learn and develop new skills that will enhance her impact in the business world.
